A DAY TO REMEMBER

This year's Annual Bartko Foundation Golf Classic was one for the record books—and we have our incredible supporters to thank.

On August 6, friends, sponsors, golfers, volunteers and community partners came together for a day of golf, friendship and philanthropy in support of the Bartko Foundation’s mission to empower single minority mothers as they work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

For 23 years, the Bartko Foundation Golf Classic has been about much more than a day on the golf course. It is an opportunity for our community to come together around a shared belief: that every woman deserves the opportunity to build a better future for herself and her family.

The funds raised through the Golf Classic help support women pursuing goals that can change the trajectory of their lives—including education, employment, transportation and housing.

Every sponsorship, registration, donation, raffle and auction ticket purchase helps create those opportunities.

And every person who participates becomes part of the Bartko Foundation family.

The 2026 Golf Classic was part of a special week of events celebrating the Foundation and the people who make our work possible.

The week began with a Topgolf cocktail party hosted by PropLogix, bringing sponsors together for an evening of fun and fellowship. Following the Golf Classic, we continued the celebration with a benefit concert featuring J. Roddy Walston and the Automatic Band at Thunderbird Cafe & Music Hall.

Each event was different, but they all shared the same purpose: bringing people together to support women and families in our community. That is what makes the Bartko Foundation so special.

As we celebrated another successful Golf Classic, we were also reminded of the people whose vision, dedication and generosity have shaped the Bartko Foundation over the years. Their belief in the power of opportunity continues to guide us.

Today, that legacy lives on through the women we support and through the community of donors, sponsors and friends who believe that circumstances do not have to determine a person's future.

To our sponsors who continue to invest in our mission, to our golfers who filled the course, to our volunteers who made the day possible, and to everyone who donated, participated or helped spread the word—thank you.

Your generosity does more than make an event successful. It helps women move forward. It helps families become more stable. It creates opportunities. And it ensures that the Bartko Foundation can continue its work for years to come.
